Statisch.co provides website creation, updates, and maintenance according to the selected package.

Deadlines & Updates

We commit to completing projects within agreed timelines. Clients are responsible for providing timely content and feedback. Updates requested outside scope may incur additional time or fees.

Outages & Maintenance

In case of website outages or hosting issues, we will respond promptly and keep the client informed. We are not liable for third-party hosting downtime.

Communication

All official communications are via email. Clients are expected to maintain valid contact information for timely notifications.

Termination

Clients may terminate the service by emailing billing@statisch.co. Obligations for completed work or past billing periods remain.
