Welcome to Statisch.co. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Ownership & Licensing

Clients of the Premium and Priority packages receive full ownership of their website.
Basic package clients receive a separate license; ownership remains with Statisch.co.

Refunds & Cancellations

After paying for their subscription the first time, clients are entitled to a refund within 3 days. After that, subscriptions can be canceled by emailing billing@statisch.co before the renewal date. Clients will still be charged for the previous month.

Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, domain access (if applicable), and timely feedback during the project.

Limitations

Statisch.co is not liable for indirect losses, downtime due to hosting issues, or third-party service failures.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
